What to Expect
If you plan to stay in Valencia and are a food lover, take advantage of your trip and discover the secrets of the city’s traditional cuisine. In this experience, you will learn how to cook authentic Valencian paella and several rice dishes. A team of local chefs and assistants will teach you how to prepare this world-famous dish in the most entertaining way. Don’t miss your chance to learn all the keys to a perfect paella.
This 4-hour experience will begin meeting the rest of the group at the gates of San Valero Parish in the center of town. Accompanied by a staff member, you will go to the city’s famous Ruzafa market to buy all the fresh produce needed to make a good paella. Be prepared to explore the market and learn about the origins of paella as well as the customs and culture of the Valencian people. After purchasing the produce you will reach the kitchen where the chef will be waiting for you with delicious tapas accompanied by a refreshing sangria and other drinks. After the appetizer, the chef will explain step by step the preparation of paella as you practice your skills. When the paella is ready, sit down and enjoy! Lunch will be accompanied by a Valencia tomato salad, Valencia wines, seasonal fruits, traditional Valencia sponge cake, sweet wine, and coffee.

Come to Valencia’s City of Arts and Sciences and visit the Hemisfèric and the Prince Felipe Science Museum with a combined ticket!
The Hemisferic is located in Valencia’s City of Arts and Sciences and is shaped like a human eye. Besides being a fantastic building surrounded by a 78,000-square-meter lake, it is also one of the most incredible projection spaces in the world. The interior area includes the Carl Sagan Perimeter Ring, in honor of the great American communicator.
The Prince Felipe Science Museum is an international benchmark for interactive science and one of the most visited destinations in the country. It is a splendid museum for interactive and entertaining learning about everything to do with life, science and technology. The spectacular building designed by Santiago Calatrava offers more than 26,000 square meters of exhibits devoted to current scientific and technical issues.

You can visit the Hemisfèric and the Felipe Felipe Science Museum on different dates, but at least one of the two places you will have to visit on the date you select at the time of purchase. On that day, when you exchange your voucher at the ticket office of the attraction you decided to visit first, you will have to indicate the date on which you wish to visit the other attraction
