Be prepared to explore the market and learn about the origins of paella as well as the customs and culture of the Valencian people. After purchasing the produce you will reach the kitchen where the chef will be waiting for you with delicious tapas accompanied by a refreshing sangria and other drinks. After the appetizer, the chef will explain step by step the preparation of paella as you practice your skills. When the paella is ready, sit down and enjoy!
